Return policy

At Linnea-Oslo we do everything we can to keep our customers happy. However, you may wish to return a product. In this document we explain our return rights clearly.

Conditions for return:
- You can only register an item for return after you have physically received it.
- Return costs are fully the customer's responsibility, including international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition, with all labels and tags in place.
- Testing is permitted, but use is not permitted.
- Returns of products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning (part of) the order are not permitted.

Return process:
1. Report the return via info@linnea-oslo.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (based in China) from us.
3. You return the item at your own expense, including any customs or shipping costs.
4. We always recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number.

Refund:
After the item has been received at the return address and the product's condition has been approved, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Responsibility:
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If the wrong address is provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
- Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of ordering.
