The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods or due to customs procedures.

Shipping method and origin:
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. This may incur customs charges, depending on the country of delivery.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. These depend on weight, destination and selected shipping type.

Responsibility for shipment:
- If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.
- Please check the address carefully; errors must be reported within 24 hours of ordering.
